Nature.house is the international booking platform for a holiday in the middle of nature. It will therefore not surprise you that sustainability and nature conservation are at the heart of everything we do. For every booking made on our platform we support the protection of local nature throughout Europe. Bringing people closer to nature, that's what we do. And we have managed to do so more than 2 million times in recent years! To guide even more nature lovers to their ideal holiday accommodation in the coming years, we are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer.
As a designer you will work with our development team (scrum) in renewing both the functional and visual side of Nature.house. You'll work closely with about eight developers and one Product Owner, and you'll also speak to your colleagues in Product and Marketing & Branding on a regular basis about the ongoing development of the design system. You're comfortable exploring the next step for our online experience, whether that's face-to-face with a landlord from a user panel or behind your laptop in our Analytics environment. You know what it takes to give nature lovers the online experience that keeps them looking forward to booking their next vacation!

+ The independent execution and analysis of UX research is part of your workflow. You will continuously learn more about the needs of our hosts and guests. With this knowledge in mind, you will sharpen existing flows and design new features.
+ You have at least 6 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer and are able to work through the design process independently.
+ You are used to working in an agile work environment, where incremental development of an MVP is the standard.
