Support employee Germany

Job description is the international booking platform for unique holiday homes in the middle of nature. Our mission is to bring people closer to nature. For every booking, we contribute to local nature projects and thus make a direct impact on our planet! In recent years we have brought more than 2 million people to the most beautiful destinations. To be able to speak to all German guests and hosts in a personal way we are looking for a support employee Germany.

As a support employee you will strengthen the support team and you are responsible for our guests and landlords in Germany. Because of your enthusiasm you know how to speak to both groups and you know how to end every contact positively. These contacts are by phone and email.

What are you going to do?
+ Speaking to landlords and guests by telephone, mail and via our social channels

+ Most importantly, ensuring a high level of customer service that makes everyone happy
+ Collaborate with other colleagues in the German team to improve the overall Germany result

Job requirements

+ You have at least a completed MBO 4 or HBO degree

+ You speak native German and good English

+ You have empathy and keep an overview when it is busy

+ You like to be in contact with guests/landlords and bring at most 2 years of working experience in customer service with you

+ You have a proactive attitude when it comes to problem solving

+ You have no problem working on Saturdays sometimes

+ You would like to work within a fast growing international organization
