As a support employee, you are responsible for our guests and landlords. Because of your enthusiasm, you know how to speak to both groups and you close every contact positively. These contacts are by telephone, by mail, and via our social media channels. Because you speak and write excellent German, you are the first point of contact for our German guests and landlords. In addition, you have the important task of assessing new applications on a concept and you ensure that our offer remains distinctive!

What are you going to do?
+ Speaking to landlords and guests by telephone, mail and via our social channels
+ Approving and putting new applications live
+ Most importantly, ensuring a high level of customer service that makes everyone happy :)

Job requirements

+ You have at least a completed MBO 4 or HBO diploma

+ You speak and write excellent in Dutch and German
+ You have empathy and do not panic when it is busy
+ You have no problems working at the weekend
+ You want to work within a fast-growing international organization
